Chose whatever you want on these! Print will be on the front and on the sleeve cuff . Put a number, name, team, etc in either spot! If you don’t want anything on the sleeve, just put that on the notes as well. 

*if you want both sleeves printed (bombers down the sleeve + last name on opposite cuff) please choose that option (BOTH SLEEVES)

In Notes:

1. Color shirt (write exactly as shown on spec sheet)
2. Front word or #  
3. Sleeve word or # (specify down the sleeve or cuff)
4. Color print
